Family Justice League is a non-profit
organization registered with the Ohio Secretary of State. Our
purpose is to educate the public about family law issues including,
but not limited to, divorce and child custody matters; to provide
support and referrals to members of the public to appropriate family
resources to aid them in maintaining healthy relationships with
their children; and, to engage in any lawful activities relative to
educating the public about the need for family law reform
nationwide. Family Justice League does not offer legal advice.
The volunteers at Family Justice League are just like you and me. We
are moms, dads, step parents, and grandparents. Some of us have no
children at all. But each of us is joined together by the common
belief that every child has the right to share a loving relationship
with her/his parents and extended families.
In an age when divorce and out-of-wedlock births are all too common,
children are too often caught in the cross fire when parents
separate and cannot agree on custody and visitation issues. To make
matters worse, domestic and juvenile courts are designed to incite
conflict between parents causing life long trauma to the very
children they are supposed to protect. The court’s de facto standard
of awarding sole custody to one parent while the other is relegated
to visitor status is catastrophic to everyone involved.
Family Justice League member volunteers engage in a variety of
activities and community events geared to increase awareness and
educate the greater public concerning the plight of children and
families who continue to suffer at the hands of America’s family
courts. Please join us in our fight to reform family law and
